You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement provided that the products are in their original packaging, unused and without any damage. Proof of purchase or invoice must be presented.

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product.

2. In case of change of the product within 14 days with another or others up to the amount of the price or with additional price or withdrawal within 14 days according to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used .
3. The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.).
4. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
